Parents and caregivers who are interested in learning about how to build communication development in children 12 months to 3 years of age to create stronger bonds and establish closer social connections.

Help you take an active role in your child's development.

Share and practice tips and tricks to encourage your child's speech and language development from an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist

Offer you direct access to a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who has extensive experience in facilitating communication development and training parents to promote speech-language development at home.
​
Connect with other parents and their children. This is an interactive, live workshop format so we plan on singing, reading and playing together (COVID-19 friendly, of course!)

What is included in this workshop?​
Three weekly 60 minute sessions - live and interactive!

Direct communication with a Speech-Language Pathologist in between sessions.

Access to Playground Connections' electronic videos and resources packed with information about communication, language tips and tricks, helpful resources, and curated toy and book lists.

What is the price of the workshop?
Total cost of the workshop is $200 (HST included) *
Program paid prior to the start of the first session to hold spot.
No refunds for missed classes.
Classes are not sold individually.
Receipts will be provided upon each completed session for your records, tax or insurance purposes.

* Payment includes three 60 minute sessions facilitated by a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), as well as downloadable resources and email communication with an SLP throughout the three week timeframe.
This class might be covered by your benefits plan under “Speech-Language Pathology Services”. Attendees are responsible for checking their personal extended health coverage details.
